tab. Then go to the details of the driver for whom you want to display the settlement.
To do this:
- click on the name and surname of the driver you’re interested in, or
- select the action button
⁝
next to the driver and clickDetails
.
Next, go to the Work records
tab and select Settlement
.
Alternatively, you can go to the Drivers
section, open the Work records
tab, choose a driver using the filter menu, and then
proceed as described above.
To display the settlement for a given month, the selected driver must have a calculated work record.
What does the settlement represent?
The settlement is a factual summary of worked time — based on the driver’s actual activities, either retrieved from the tachograph or entered manually.
Impact of the contract on the settlement
Employment contract – basic and balanced working time systems
In the case of the basic working time system:
- the settlement is based on the employment contract (full-time or part-time),
- it includes working hours, overtime, on-call duties, rest periods, among others.
In the case of the balanced working time system:
- the settlement is based on the employment contract,
- it includes working hours, overtime, on-call duties, rest periods, among others,
- it allows for extending the workday (up to 12 hours) and balancing it within the settlement period.
Civil contract
- Settlement is based on the hourly rate.
- There are no formal overtime hours or additional pay.
Self-employment
In the case of self-employment, the driver issues an invoice for the driven routes / time / flat rate – a system-based settlement is not available.
Self-employment with a license
In the case of self-employment with a license, the driver settles independently as a carrier – a system-based settlement is not available.
