How to edit organization details?
Go to the organization details view
You can access the organization details view in two ways:
- select
Organizations
from the side menu and then click on the name of the organization you’re interested in,
or click the action button⁝
and selectDetails
, - select the organization you want to edit as the currently managed transport organization,
then from the left-hand side menu, choose
Organization settings
(to learn more about switching organizations, see How to switch organizations?).
Edit data
Organization data
All basic, contact, and address details are set by default based on the information provided during registration
(for the default organization) or based on data entered when adding an organization.
Changing organization settings does not affect company profile data!
After the registration process is completed, data for the default organization and the company profile are independent from each other.
General information
General information includes details such as the timezone, foreign pay, and overtime limits.
Making changes to organization settings?
Remember that in most cases, changing one piece of information may affect the accuracy of documents and may require additional actions, such as:
- changing the timezone requires re-generating reports to ensure it is reflected in them,
- changing foreign pay requires recalculating the records to ensure that the change in the exchange rate retrieval date is included.
Other information
Other organization data includes settings related to violations, delegations, schedules, and settlements. These are described in more detail in sections related to the specific topics.
