Driver’s documents

What are driver documents?

Driver documents are a set of identification and formal records required for legally and safely performing the duties of a driver. In the application, these documents are stored and managed in a way that allows for their ongoing updates and validity control.

Driver documents include, among others:

  • driver card – a personal card issued by the relevant authority that allows for the recording of driver activity in a digital tachograph,
  • driving license – includes license category, issue date, expiration date, and issuing authority,
  • ID card / passport – used for unambiguous driver identification,
  • medical / psychological certificate – confirms the driver’s health condition or temporary incapacity to work,
  • certificate of professional competence – confirms the completion of required training.
