Where to find alerts and notifications?

You can find notifications by selecting the Start view and navigating to the Alerts and notifications section.

Alerts are displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen, and are also visible in relevant locations — for example, an alert about an expired card will be shown in the driver’s detail view.

When are alerts and notifications displayed?

Alerts and notifications are shown when a document is about to expire or has already expired, or in response to an action taken within the application, as explained in more detail in the section What are alerts and notifications about?.

If multiple alerts / notifications relate to the same object (e.g., a driver and a vehicle) and contain the same information, they are not duplicated, and the user will see only a single notification.

If a user deletes a notification, but the information it contained is still valid, the notification will be displayed again after some time.

Example:

A notification informs you that a driver card expires in 3 days. If the user deletes this notification without updating the card’s expiration date, the notification will reappear. However, if the expiration date is extended, the notification will not reappear.
