How to add a vehicle?

Method I - import the appropriate files

To add a new vehicle via import, you need to have the appropriate files prepared, which are data from the tachograph. For more details about file import, refer to the section Import files.

After a successful import, the vehicle will be added and visible in the Vehicles tab.

Method II - fill out the form

To add a new vehicle by filling out the form, go to the Vehicles view and then select Add vehicle.

General data

The general data required to create a new vehicle are:

• vehicle registration number (it must not overlap with the number of already added vehicles),
• vehicle type,
• country of registration.

Optionally, you can also provide the VIN number.

Tachograph data

To complete the process of adding a vehicle, you need to provide tachograph data. For this, fill in the serial number and the date of the last and next calibration.

Then click Save and you’re done!
