What are posting periods?
Driver posting period refers to the time during which the driver performs transport operations subject to employee posting regulations.
Posting periods allow the system to calculate the difference between domestic and foreign wages, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Have you made changes to the foreign wage settings in the driver’s contract?
If foreign wage calculation is disabled in the driver’s contract or a specific country is excluded from the calculation, then even if a posting period is added, it will not be considered in the wage calculation.
A posting period can be added in two ways:
- automatically,
- manually.
Want to make sure the posting period will be included in the delegation?
Hover your cursor over the posting period you’re interested in or pay attention to its color (gray periods will not be included, while dark green ones will). If you want to make changes, edit the selected period.
