Where can I check the details and contents of the files?

To access file details, go to the Import files tab in the side menu. Then, click the Details button next to the file you’re interested in.

Basic data

Basic data includes the file status, import date, and file download date.

In the case of a driver card, this section also contains information such as the card number, expiration date, previous and next read dates, as well as the name, surname, and driver’s license.

In the case of a tachograph, the basic information includes the tachograph serial number, next calibration date, status (whether it’s active), registration number, and VIN number.

File contents

In this section, you can check the generation and blocks, which refer to the structure and version of data recorded in accordance with EU standards.

Errors

This section presents any incidents or errors found in the file, which are further explained in the section Incidents and errors.

Download file

It is possible to download a file that was previously imported. To do this, go to the Import files tab in the sidebar, then select the file(s) you want to download. Click Download and you’re done!
