What is a schedule?

Where to find the schedule?

You can find the schedule by navigating to the Drivers tab. Then go to the details of the driver for whom you want to display the schedule. To do this:

  • click on the name and surname of the driver you’re interested in, or
  • select the action button next to the driver and click Details.

Next, go to the Work records tab and select Schedule.

Alternatively, you can go to the Drivers section, open the Work records tab, choose a driver using the filter menu, and then proceed as described above.

To display the schedule for a given month, the selected driver must have a calculated work record.

What does the schedule represent?

The schedule is a set that includes, among other things, planned workdays, working hours, days off, and any on-call duties.

Its primary purpose is to compare the plan with the actual work records (e.g., overtime, absences). It serves as the basis for calculating working time in accordance with the Labor Code.

Impact of the contract on the schedule

Employment contract – basic and balanced working time systems
  • The employer is obliged to plan the schedule in advance.
  • Full time tracking is required.
  • Rest periods and breaks must be applied according to regulations.

In the case of the basic working time system, the schedule:

  • is created with equal working days, e.g., Mon–Fri for 8 hours each,
  • longer work on a given day (e.g., 10 hours) counts as overtime.

In the case of the balanced working time system, the schedule:

  • allows for alternating long workdays with days off,
  • an extended workday is not automatically considered overtime – only exceeding the norm within the settlement period generates overtime.

Civil contract
  • Formally, this is not an employment relationship, but drivers are still subject to regulations regarding driving and rest time (Regulation 561/2006).
  • A schedule is not legally required, but it can be helpful for settlement purposes.

Self-employment
  • There is no obligation to create a schedule.
  • The driver plans and documents their work independently.

Self-employment with transport license
  • Full responsibility for work organization and documentation.
  • No schedule is required, but compliance with regulations (driving and rest) must be demonstrable.
  • Necessary for settlements with contractors and for inspections by regulatory authorities.
