What is a company?

In the context of the application, a company should be understood as a legal entity or an organizational unit without legal personality.

A company is created during the registration process when the user selects a company account.

Within a single company, it is possible to create multiple organizations, each representing separate operational units, branches, or related entities. User roles are assigned either at the company level or to specific organizations, depending on the scope of responsibility.

What is an organization?

An organization represents a collection of information related to a set of drivers and vehicles. The application allows you to create multiple organizations within a single company, which can represent real business units or logical groupings of resources.

In simpler terms, organizations are used to logically group resources within a company.

Example:

• Company T – Organization A
• Company T – Organization B

Default organization

The default organization is the one whose data was provided during account creation. Changing the default organization is not possible.

Both during login and when switching the active organization, the default organization is marked with a special icon to make it easier and quicker to identify.
