Automatic calculation of delegations

Available options

For automatic delegation calculation, there are 3 available options:

• acc to starts and ends of work,
• day national,
• weekly national.

Acc to starts and ends of work

This option uses work start and end markers to determine the posting periods. If the analyzed time range includes work performed outside of Poland, the system will classify the delegation as foreign and automatically identify potential posting periods. Otherwise, the delegation is assumed to be domestic by default.

Day national

Day national delegations are created independently of work start and end markers. The selected time range is divided into individual days, and for each day, the first and last driving activity is identified to define the posting period.

Weekly national

This option covers the full work week — from Monday to Friday — and creates one consolidated delegation if the driver worked outside their regular workplace during that time (e.g. away from the company base, warehouse, or office).

How to automatically calculate delegations?

• Go to the Activities tab and select the Month, 7-day, or Daily view.
• In the top-right corner, click the Create delegations button to open the menu.
• Choose the time range and calculation method, then click Create.
• The generated delegations will appear on the activity charts. Confirm them by clicking Save changes.
