What are alerts and notifications about?
Both alerts and notifications most often concern document expiration dates. They are displayed in the appropriate places and at the appropriate times, as described in the section Where to find alerts and notifications?.
Examples of what alerts and notifications may concern:
- the driver card expiry date has passed or is approaching in a few days,
- the tachograph calibration expiry date has passed or is approaching in a few days,
- the deadline for downloading tachograph data has passed or is approaching in a few days,
- the deadline for downloading driver card data has passed or is approaching in a few days,
- the driver qualification expiry date is approaching or has passed.
Alerts are also displayed to the user in response to actions performed in the application. Their purpose is to inform about the success or failure of an operation, as well as any error that needs correction.
Examples of what such alerts may concern:
- successful addition of a driver, vehicle, user, etc.,
- successful removal of a vehicle, user, etc.,
- successful modification of a contract, driver data, company settings, etc.,
- data validation error,
- and many more.
