How to add an activity?

Import files

The first way to add activity is by importing the relevant files containing the data recorded by the tachograph. You can read more about the import process in the section How to import files?.

Manual activity addition

To manually add activities for a driver, you need to go to their details view. Select Drivers from the sidebar menu and then:

• click on the name of the driver you’re interested in, or
• click the action button ⁝ next to the driver you’re interested in, then click Details.

Next, go to the Activities tab, select one of the options Month, 7-days, or Day, and set the appropriate Start Day.

Right-click on the activity bar on the graph where you would like to add the activity.

Next, click Edit activity. You will see a window with the new activity form. Set its start and end time, as well as the type. Additionally, by selecting the Vehicle assignment option, you will have the ability to choose the vehicle that the activity applies to.

After filling in the information, click Change. Your new activity will appear on the timeline. To save the changes, select Save changes in the top right corner, and you’re done!

After saving the changes, the activity should be visible on the timeline and marked as manually added. You can learn more about activity labels in the section What types of activities are there?.
