What are the supported file formats and types?

File formats

supports importing the following file formats:

DDD,
ESM,
TGD,
C1B,
XLS.

XLS (XLSX) Format

The system allows you to import working hours from a file in a predefined XLS (XLSX) format containing working time records.

This is an alternative method of importing data required for working time records — useful, for example, for van drivers who are not legally required to use tachographs. The driver is still obligated to maintain such records either electronically or on paper.

Note

Want to import XLS (XLSX) data for a driver who is not yet in the system?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. In order to import such data, the identification number provided in the file must match the identification number of an existing driver in the system.

File types

Currently, allows importing files that are:

driver card data,
tachograph data.
