How to calculate the work records?
Before starting the process of calculating the work records, please remember the necessary steps described below.
- Each driver for whom you want to calculate the work records must have an active contract in the given month.
- You must have an active subscription and / or a positive account balance. Each calculation of the records for a driver deducts one GTC from the account balance.
- The start date of the first settlement period must be provided. To do this, select
Organization settings
, then go to theSettlement
tab and choose the month and year of the first settlement.
Do you want to recalculate the work records for a driver in a given month?
Such recalculation will NOT deduct GTC from the account balance, even if changes affecting the work records were made in the meantime.
