Linking user to a driver
How to add a new linking?
To link a user account with a driver, go to the details view of the selected user.
To do this, select the Users view from the side menu, then:
- click the name of the user you’re interested in, or
- select the action button
⁝next to the user you’re interested in and clickEdit.
Then follow these instructions:
- select the
Driver datatab, - check the driver you want to link the user account with,
- click the
Linkbutton, and you’re all set!
The Link button is not active?
Before linking to a driver, you need to cancel the current linking. More on this is discussed below in the section How to cancel the linking?.
How to cancel a linking?
To cancel a linking, click Remove current linking, and you’re done!
Are you changing the user’s role from driver to a role with higher permissions?
Keep in mind that in this case, the link between the user and the driver will be removed!
How to edit a linking?
To edit a linking, you need to:

If no data (connections) is assigned to the invited user’s profile within 7 days of activation, or if the user does not create a private account, their profile will be automatically removed.
