How to calculate and display violations?
To view or calculate violations, go to the driver’s details view. To do this, select Drivers
from the side menu, then:
- click on the name of the driver you’re interested in, or
- click the action button

next to the desired driver and selectEdit
.
Then, go to the Violations
tab.

To calculate violations:
- click
Calculate violations
, - enter the time range in which you want to calculate violations.
Calculating violations during import
It is possible to automatically calculate violations during the import of data related to driver activities, etc.
To enable this, go to Organization settings
from the side menu and open the Violations
tab.
Check the option Calculate violations during import from last
and enter the appropriate number of days.
Click Save changes
– and you’re done!
Did violations get calculated automatically during import even though you didn’t change any settings?
The violation calculation during import is enabled by default and set to 56 days. If you do not want violations to be calculated automatically, you must disable this option.
Viewing violations
To view violations, stay in the violations tab of the specific driver, or go back to the list of all drivers
and open the Violations
tab.
Set appropriate filter values, such as the date range, to match the days when violations were calculated.
Additional settings
You can configure the allowed offset for the start and end time markers of work on a given day.
To do this, go to Organization settings
in the side menu and open the Violations
tab.
Set the appropriate number of hours and minutes.
Click Save changes
– and you’re done!
