To access the delegation settings, click Organization settings and then navigate to the Delegations tab.

Creating delegations during file import
If you want delegations to be created automatically during import, check the option
Automatic delegation creation on import and enter the number of days you prefer.
Remember to save the changes.
Additional Settings
You can also define a preferred required minimal break between delegations. This setting will be respected when delegations are created manually, automatically, as well as during file import.
The driver doesn’t have an active contract?
It’s not possible to create a delegation for a driver without an active contract! Before attempting to create a delegation manually, automatically, or during file import, make sure the driver has an active contract.
Flat-rate allowances for overnight stays
This option allows the system to charge a lump sum for accommodations lasting a minimum of 6 hours between 21:00-07:00.

Create delegations by
This option allows you to select the country that should be treated as the one where the driver starts and ends the delegation. It is useful in cases where drivers work abroad — for example, when the company is based in Poland, but the drivers start and end their trips in Denmark.
