How to edit an activity?

To edit the driver’s activity, go to their details view. Select Drivers in the side menu, then:

• click the name of the driver you are interested in, or
• select the action button ⁝ next to the driver you are interested in, then click Details.

Next, go to the Activities tab, choose one of the options Month, 7-days, or Day, and set the appropriate Start Day.

Editing activity on the chart

The first way to edit an activity is the option to manually move the chart elements. To use this option, go to one of the activity chart views by selecting Month, 7-days, or Day, and set the appropriate Starting day.

Click on the fragment of the chart you wish to modify:

Next, to modify the duration of the selected activity, hover your cursor over the vertical side edge of the activity and drag it sideways:

If you want to change the duration of an activity, hover over the selected activity and drag it to the right or left:

If you want to undo the changes made, click the Reset button above the chart. If you’d like to save the modified activities, click Save changes and you’re done!

Editing activity in the form

The second way to edit an activity is by displaying its details and modifying the form. To do so:

• right-click on the activity you want to modify and select Edit activity, or
• choose the Day view, go to the activity list below the chart, click the action button ⁝ next to the activity you want to modify, and select Edit.

The Type, Start, and End displayed at the top are the current settings. To make changes, use the form fields below. You can also modify the assigned vehicle. After making the changes, click Change and you’re done!
